hotel is located across the river from Tansui. We had an amazing river view from our room. room is spacious and very clean. hot spring in the room is very good quality, we can relax at the end of the very long day. I would like to stay here if we were visiting Taipei despite its remote location.

家庭旅遊

房間整潔，位置不錯，溫泉部分也不錯，整體裝潢有格調，而且飯店還蠻新的，工作人員感覺有努力招待客人，這些都不錯。小小不滿意的點有，設施除了健身房之外只到 22:00 ，因為淡水有老街，逛完再去飯店很容易超過這個時間，如果可以到 24:00 對顧客比較好，另一個點是室外游泳池不是溫水的，雖然很漂亮想去游，但因為下著毛毛雨，導致水溫太冷，後來就放棄了，另外健身房的器具項目有點少

Recommend for vacation stay. Worth mentioning, bike renting is just at the corner cross street from the hotel, as well as a short walk off the sidewalk along the river. You can take bike onto the ferry to the other side of river and bike around in the area. Also, on Bali side, there are a variety of options to eat.

住宿經驗

連假住房率高，無法即時打掃出房間入住。等待的過程並沒有不愉快，但房間好了沒有接到通知電話。等候多時，我主動問check-in櫃檯才確認房間好了。Check-in櫃檯服務態度很好，我表示入住時間超過4點，也願意讓我晚點退房。 但八里喜來登入住時間4點，退房11點，相較其他飯店都還短1-2小時，是蠻驚訝飯店的房務安排還是忙不過來，飯店應該要思考，連假訂房情況與人力是否安排妥當。

客房續住 清潔服務真的很不行

第一天住宿很好 但是第二天開始 續住的客房清潔服務真的很不ok 把我第一天使用過浴袍 直接簡單對折放在放置行李的行李台上面有，而不是換一件新的浴袍 咖啡杯內還有咖啡直接沒處理 我覺得應該不是因為我是續住客人 就應該隨便清潔我們住的房間 續住價錢我也跟第一天入住價錢付一樣的錢 為什麼續住的清潔客房品質這麼不ok?真的讓度假的心情大大下降

一切都很好，除了隔音

一切都很好，除了隔音。這家旅館的隔音驚人得糟糕，從未遇過如此誇張的旅館。房間內可以聽到上面客房的腳步聲，可以聽到隔壁房間的打呼聲。對外窗玻璃薄到幾乎不存在，住在17樓，睡覺會被外面大卡車轉彎打方向燈和汽機車經過時的聲音吵醒。雙床房，每一床給了四個大枕頭，兩床共八個大枕頭，可能就是要給住宿房客減少噪音用。

我這次入住16樓河景房，非常乾淨、床很好睡，房間可以泡湯，浴缸也好坐，這次的入住非常滿意，在房間就看到整個河景，根本不用下樓，提供膠囊咖啡、mini bar、浴袍，都能感受尊榮，還有特斯拉充電，非常滿意
