"Ideally located with terrific staff. During our stay we had a toilet issue and the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes! Coffee in the lobby. Muffins or fruit would have been nice. Arrived in room very hot and tv movie channel not working tech arrived opened wall and removed a filter from heating that was completely covered in dust overrun and blamed for circulating air terrible. Tv was not working they had no movies on demand ..."

I don’t recommend the restaurant on property it had nasty wait staff who wanted us to go outside to come in even though there’s a door from the lobby into the restaurant. ..."

"Room was on 32nd floor and beautiful with a big window. Bed and furniture very comfortable, shower and bath a delight. Wifi free and adequate. The breakfast was the only part of the stay we found overpriced. A free small continental breakfast would have been a nice gesture."
