Spectacular Colorado Mtn Home-Enjoy Mtn Views & Serenity

Our custom built mountain home is nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Located on one of the surrounding mountainsides of Bailey, Colorado. Just forty-five minutes south west of Denver on Highway 285. This community has maintained it's small town charm, but yet still offers a short drive to the big city and all the Colorado Mountains have to offer. Our home offers an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and natural wood accents throughout. Huge windows allow panoramic views of pine and aspen tree filled surroundings. Occasionally you get a treat of seeing the deer grazing or napping in the yard.

The living area has a gas burning stove and log stair case leading to the loft that is a family room with two comfortable love seat recliners, 50 inch color TV, Satellite, DVD, stereo and video library, and a cozy small deck that over looks majestic mountains. This is a great place to view summer sunsets. The kitchen is open to the living area and has custom made cabinets, bar style counter, gas stove, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. French doors open to the large deck with a hot tub, patio table and a gas BBQ. Perfect for a breakfast alfresco, afternoon BBQ?s or a star gazing night in the hot tub. French doors also open to a spacious master bed and bath with king size bed. Enjoy soaking in the huge jetted tub.

The main level is architectural designed for a couple to spend a romantic getaway in the natural beauty of the mountains. Perfect for honeymooners or weekend getaways. Are home also can accommodate a family of eight. The garden level basement has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. One bedroom has French doors that open to a patio.. There?s also a bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer and a one-car garage. We also have a full size Roll-Away bed in the loft.

Perfect house for the price

What a wonderful place, would recommend this place to everyone. Was decorated with similar items as we have at home. The deer in the mornings was nice also. Very well kept, clean, and a top notch area for location. The views were awesome from every window and deck. The hot tub was a great add. Lisa and I had a great time.. Thanks again Steve

A Fantastic Mountain Retreat

What is there not to like at this property? Exquisitely designed, quality decor, and well appointed, fantastic location with cell service and wifi, a functional hot tub, beautiful grounds with the ability to see some wildlife, updated amenities and appliances, a cozy and comfy cabin environment, games and movies to play and watch, a balcony on the top floor and deck on the middle floor, a responsive property manager/owner, a very spacious layout and you can tell the care and warmth put into this property. The only comment to be aware of, if you are considering coming in winter time, the driveway access is on a relatively steep incline so if it's snowing, a recommendation would to be getting an all wheel drive or 4x4. The driveway was plowed the following day after a storm hit, however we could not get to where the garage access was even with an all wheel drive during the storm event. Not a negative in any way, just something to be aware of for vehicle accommodations (I will note that it was a significant storm that came through). Otherwise I would unhesitatingly stay at this property again as it has an amazing value. Full 5 stars in every category. Immaculate.

Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great mountain house

Had an awesome time at this house in Bailey, CO. Check in process was simple, and host communicated quickly whenever we had questions. House was super clean, had a outdoor hammock, hot tub, grill, a nice loft upstairs and large windows. Had plenty of towels, plates, utensils, etc. Had clear instructions on the garbage/trash process. Not sure if they didn't have it or if we just couldn't find it, but we ended up buying dish soap for the house and a sponge to wash dishes. The rooms were great and gave you that cozy mountain home vibe. Overall awesome house and we'll consider staying here again next time we're in Colorado.

Beautiful home

The house is well kept up and the owner was pleasant. This property does not provide things such as shampoo etc so be sure to bring your own. The only thing the owner requested was for us to put trash in the dumpster before leaving and replace the trash bag so we put dishes in the dishwasher, started it, and put our towels in the washer as other rentals have had us do in the past. The home is so lovely it felt wrong to leave anything lying around. If you love that true cabin feel this place is definitely for you! The wood stairs (so gorgeous), layout and decor (so many stunning live plants) really brings the outside in. As some have stated, there are two bedrooms downstairs and one has to be walked through from the other to get to the bathroom. Don't let this deter you because you aren't going entirely through the room. We're family though so we didn't mind and the bedrooms are both beautiful. We have been renting places near Conifer, Evergreen, and Bailey for almost a decade and this one we would definitely rent again.

Nature, Quiet and Comfort - All in One

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful mountain home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking — we loved waking up to the sunrise over the trees and ending the day in the hot tub. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and romantic, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend for couples looking to unwind and reconnect in nature.
