Punta Engaño5 nights3.5 star property7.0/10 - Good (447 reviews)"I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. "It’s been two years since my last stay at Jelly’s Haven, and it was even better this time around. Check-in was easy, the room came with several amenities (soap, bottled water, dental kit) and it was very clean overall. WiFi is available in public areas via Starlink. The staff, who are very friendly and helpful, automatically brought new towels and amenities on the second day, which was nice. They have free breakfast (Filipino, American, and Continental style) as well as other food options for...

"I like this place and I would definitely stay there again. The location is great. The little restaurant that they have with a very limited menu was still OK and it gave you the feeling of staying at a friend’s house. Grabbing your own drink drinks and then writing it down on a pad of paper as part of the honor system to me was a cool touch. The staff is extremely friendly and it was extremely laid-back. Each room is its own building . So it’s like having your own house . So if you’re looking...
