High cost for earing people from others rooms
For the price of the room, unsatisfied because esring noise from the room upstairs and beside. After mentioning this unpleasant fact, the person at the desk didn’t say anything and offered nothing.

The property is well situated, easy to walk downtown or stay in to dine. Nice waking trail to the water with a beach.

Such a special place! We didn't realize how lovely this property was until we arrived. The gardens, farm, pool and all the surrounding areas are just beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable and thoughtful. Lovely setting in this stunning Charlevioux region.

Hotel qui n'est pas Eco-Friendly !
Très bel hotel, très chic, très propre mais les chambres sont petites. Coté négatif pour les voitures électriques, il n'y a qu'une seule borne de recharge pour non-Tesla sans aucun contrôle de la part de l'hôtel. De tel sorte qu'une Tesla utilisait la seul borne pour tout notre séjour alors nous avons dû recharger la voiture ailleurs. Pourtant, il y a une dizaine de bornes exclusives à Tesla. L'hôtel devrait avoir un contrôle ... interdiction d'utiliser la borne non-Tesla pour les Tesla, remorquage à vos frais et un maximum d'heure de recharge pour éviter qu'une voiture mobilise la place pour toute une journée. De plus, l'hôtel devrait ajouter plusieurs autres bornes non-Tesla. Il devait y avoir une bonne dizaine de voitures électriques dans le stationnement et tous attendaient en vain. Il y a aussi 2 autres bornes de recharge Porsche ... qui ne peuvent être utilisées que par certaines marques de voiture allemande. Pas vraiment partique pour les autres. Propriétaires du Germain ... réveillez-vous.

Perfect for a week-end getaway
We stayed over the week-end in Baie St-Paul at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. It is not particularly big, but it's perfect for a couple. If we were to go back, we would select a room with a view though. In terms of restaurant, we had a lovely dinner at Labours. The food was incredible and the ambiance great, However, I must admit that we were slightly disappointed with the brunch (pastries were not really fresh)

Stayed for one night to ski at Le Massif. The 3 bed dormitory layout was spacious and perfect for my little family, especially the bathroom with double sinks, and separately enclosed toilet and shower. Friendly reception, bakery on site, easy walk to shops and restaurants, will return!

Very nice hotel with good restaurants and cool concept of farm animals that you can visit whenever. Pain points of my visit were the room footage for the price, missing sitting area, random fire alarm where we were the only ones waiting outside and no employees came.

This hotel is simply Amazing, gorgeous grounds, the little farm is a cute spot for those little ones, clean swimming pool, the Spa is incredibly great and welcoming staff. A beautiful paradise located in the hearth of Baie Ste. Paul !

This was a very nice location with a clean, modern room that was walking distance to town. The gardens and farm on site were also very pleasant to visit. We also had excellent pizzas in the on-site restaurant.

We loved our stay. We loved our view of the farm, and the staff was very accommodating. The only things that stop us from giving a five-star review are the lack of shelf space in the bathroom and the fact that the room was stifling hot when we came in. We learned the hotel runs on a thermo-pump and it would take time for the room to cool. Perhaps in the future, a key could be left in the room so that the A/C is already working - at least, on extremely hot days.

A great place to stay in a good location.
We really liked Le Germain and Baie-Saint-Paul St Paul. We didn't have time to use the spa or swimming pool, but enjoyed the animals, as well as walking a lot in the area. The room was good. there was a nice 'feel' about the place.

Regarding the bottles of water in the rooms and the slippers, this decision was made for ecological purposes since we are a green hotel. Next, we fully understand your disappointment with the pool.
