This is the nicest place I have stayed in Bahamas! House was excellent and super clean, dock was great, even had fenders already attached and right out back. Community pool was nice and right there. As a bonus there are lights and what appear to be security camera on your boat.FYI for boaters: At low tide the channel is extremely shallow, I was sounding 1.5’, but 2 hrs after was 5. If you just time it where not at low tide, no issues."
