There are bugs in the room. We got few bites in different areas of our bodies. Weve discovered some roaches too. No problem with the personnel except for that one lady (who i assume is the supervisor) who was condescending.

This place had over 25 step straight up to even get to the check in area way to much for disabled or older people no elevators in sight. Very disappointing to say .It took over 3 days to get our money back from these people. We felt they were not telling the truth about there place. The pictures are very different from what it looks like in real life. I would never ask anyone to stay there , just no good.

Regarding the stairs, I believe we have shown you that elevator is not available in the hotel which was written on Expedia Site. We have also agreed not to charge you anymore despite of the on the spot cancellation of your reservation with us due to the absence of elevator. With regard to the refund, it was Expedia who gave you the refund as the booking was paid through them and they have to go through the process of such. With the stairs, this is one of the major considerations of the hotel during renovation. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Good Backup Hotel When Your Favorites are Booked!
This is an older hotel but it is quite well kept up. The location is good. They nickel and dime you from the reservation to the arrival for little things which I disapprove of. Their breakfast is adequate and they have flexibility in the offerings, which is nice. Everything worked well for me. The water could have been a bit warmer and my room overlooked a quite busy street, which limits the ability to enjoy the wonderful cool Baguio air, but overall was not to bad. I picked this place as a backup on a very busy weekend when all my favorite places were booked.

Location is ideal for getting around downtown. Staff is grudgingly attentive, food is awful,amenities do not exist. Cleanliness is poor. This was my 5th stay at this hotel, in my opinion it has gone from fair to undesirable. I am already looking for something better fo my next visit.

Endless Stairs!
Baguio isn't level. You're walking up and down all the time. And if you're from sea level, that can get you winded pretty quickly since there is less oxygen at this level. When you arrive at this hotel, you need to walk up a hill and around the block from parking, then walk up TWO flights of stairs to get to the lobby. Chances are, you'll need to walk up or down yet another flight or two to get to your room. If you take the free breakfast, you'll take more stairs. You know you're in trouble when they mount "encouragement signs" on the steps to get you to climb... Speaking of breakfast, the Filipino style breakfast is okay, but I was rather surprised that the toast was three pieces of toasted bread that were allowed to cool to a nice, solid block. I had to request butter, but got "Dairy cream" instead - a local margarine substitute (yes, a substitute for margarine!) that tastes so bad my dogs won't eat it. If you order the eggs, they'll be done perfectly, but there's no salt, pepper, ketchup, or any other topping you might think of adding. The beds were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable, and the shower was (I kid you not) only about 24" x 36". My closet is larger than the whole bathroom. (Is that why they call it a water closet?) For the price, this one's a pass.

We booked Family room for 4 persons indicating 2 Queen Beds but to our dismay, the room has 2 double beds only! I clarified it with the hotel and they said that they don’t have queen beds in any room!! They even showed me other family rooms, and yeah, all were just double beds! This is a false advertisement! And to make it worse, shower has no hot water. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is friendly, a/c is cool, wifi is strong. However, the only way to get warm water is to turn the shower low. Hotel did not provide sufficient toiletries including toilet paper. Toilet is not pleasing to see, full of rusts. Towels are hard and turning yellow from improper washing. No ref, no hair dryer.

Overall experience was good. Front desk could have made sure though to keep us posted if the room was already available - we sent a message if early check in could be granted and they promised to contact our mobile, but didn't get any update until we got back on the actual check in tjme.

Great hotel for short vacation
-nice stay for an economy room (no need for A/C since the area is cold all-day) -perfect location for guests who want to walk around Burnham Park -limited food choices for Breakfast, but good enough -WiFi connection is very good Overall, our experience during the stay in the hotel is very good.

A place to stay
My family and I found the place in good location. Though we were given a quite small room on our first day, we were upgraded to a bigger one on the next day. Burnham Park and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. Facility is in good shape, service is well and the people are warmth. This is truly a place to stay when in Baguio.

our stay was very good. For a budget hotel, it was very good. breakfast was satisfactory, clean room, great reception service, right outside restaurants with good inexpensive food. Only a 5 minutes walk to Burnham Park and 8 minutes to public market. We would definitely stay there again.

Good Location
At first I was disappointed when I've seen the room due the room size was smaller than what I've expected. I booked a deluxe room and the actual room looks like an econo room. I confirmed this at the front desk and they said that it is a deluxe room. Not considering the room size, the facilities are clean and pleasing. Inside the room is a double bed, cabinet, safe, room slippers, LCD TV, 2 complimentary water bottles, toilet with hot and cold shower, towels, toiletries and surprisingly, an aircon because it was stated on the website that there's only a fan inside. Given the affordable rate and the facilities along with free plated breakfast for two and 1 free massage that comes with the deluxe room plus the very nice front desk officer, not to mention the hotel's just along Kisad Road near Burnham Park, it is indeed a good value for money. Yes, I will stay here again should I have another weekend getaway in Baguio.
