Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices from local to international cuisine. The place was close to many attractions as well as SM Baguio (walkable). Would definitely book here again.

The staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The guard at the was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was firm but comfortable. The room I booked came with breakfast and dinner included. Food was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free meals were a really nice perk. Climate control for Aircon very effective, and bed was among most comfortable that I have slept in. Super place and highly recommend at this price point, especially.

Buffet breakfast on weekends has great selections. Staff are very friendly and respectful. I wish I had an early check-in that was accommodated, it caused extreme inconvenience for me and my son to find a place to stay because we arrived in Baguio at 4am and check-in was 2pm. I messaged many days ahead for the request but nobody responded from the hotel. The room is clean, but since the building is old, there's a foul smell in the bathroom. Area is very accessible to transit.

Very good location, the deluxe room was a pretty good size with the daybed also. The mattress could be improved I found it to be too firm and hard. The breakfast options had a good selection with 3 viands, veggies, fruit, cereals, bread and soup options. The place was under renovation during my stay. I found it to be a bit overpriced due to the lack of any other facilities aside from the room and the sparse Cafe area.

Unexpectedly good!

I thought the picture of the room will be different in person but it wasn't! I am surprised to be met with a good view of some pine trees in the large window pane. If not for the purpose of my trip, I would have stayed in the sofa all day just staring out the window. The breakfast is okay. Buffet style with enough choices. I enjoyed the adobo and rice. Hope may champorado next time.

It started @checkin. The young woman had a madk on and I couldnt understand a word. I told twice and she ignored me and kept going. There were extra fees. Only 1 keycard for 2 guests. Room was wrong ordered a queen bed got 2 singles. Poor lighting and few outlets.The elevator is out of service. Noisy and smelly due to renovations. Wont be returning there. Went to the hotel next door (literally) clean bright and inviting.
