As for the WiFi, it is really outside our control, the service provider is currently installing fiber optics in our area and until that is finished, we purchase data and offer it for free to our guests. Thank you for your warm and nice words and for taking the time to give us a Feedback. We looked into having more foreign channels for our TV but we are not a hotel and our occupancy rate is less than 20% a year which we like to keep that way. And to be honest you were the first one to point that out the need for foreign channels to us. We invested instead on a fast Wi-Fi service so our guests can use their mobile electronic equipments to access the entertainment choices they prefer. Maybe one day we can consider upgrading the cable TV channel to include foreign channels. I am sorry I missed you as I was out of town when you stayed with us but I hear from Miss Gloria that you are wonderful people and we would welcome you anytime should you visit Baguio again.

Thank you for taying with us and for your review. Your feedback is very much appreciated. But like you said, the dogs in the neighborhood is something we have no control of. As for the little fixes you mentioned, if you can be more specific, then we can attend to it. As for air conditioning, most Baguio homes do not need that due to temperate climate in Baguio. We do have electric fans to cool Off should guests ask for it. Thank you again. Our review of the guests’ stay is as follows: Our place was left In a few places messy including the dining table, bedroom, kitchen. We had to add an extra hour to cleaning the place to put it back to where it should be for the next quests. Guests were not friendly, kept to themselves, and were not communicative during their stay.

Mr. Timothy and his party were very friendly and appreciative guests. They were easy to communicate with and left the place orederly and neat they way they found it. We would highly recommend them to other hosts and will welcome then back in a heartbeat on their future visit to Baguio. Indeed, as listed in our listing's amenities section, we do not provide shampooes and bath soaps because our experience in the past is that people are very choosy on these toiletries and we get more complaints on the brand or they get thrown out in the garbage which is a waste. But we will in the future provide it for those who asks for it.
