My name is Marcel Looney I work for a Airline. I was on vacation this time around and yes I've stayed here previous times this Hotel is Awesome staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The food is good everyone is helpful staff Lem and Shane Staff Carl staff Lerry staff Benson Michael Jon Gary wow went above and beyond for me even while waiting for my filipina girlfriend in the lobby. This Hotel is great for me because is sits smack dead in the middle of everything not to far me and my girlfriend enjoyed a steakhouse Starbucks and church all in the same area city of Makati rocks. City Garden hotel Makati you guys are awesome please keep up the good work maybe one improvement if you stay more than once offer a free breakfast. Thats not really important every staff deserves a bonus thank you 🙏 from the bottom of my heart I left popcorn for the staff its not enough to show appreciation.

Front desk staff and concierge were friendly and helpful

The room was nice and comfortable. It's just hard to find place to eat other than Seven Eleven convenient store. I also spoke to the receptionist Gordon Lin before the stay and he was very nice and accommodating. He was helpful and he responded quickly to my questions.
