On the ground floor we have a separate WC, a beautiful spacious living room with a lounge and dining area. Flat screen TV with satellite. DVD player and radio CD player. Free Wifi. Annex the kitchen with all possible comfort and appliances. Very well stocked cutlery and crockery cupboards. Appliances present : Traditional Oven, Microwave, Combi fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine + Senseo, electric Weber BBQ, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. One bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m) with bathroom with sink and shower.Upstairs a separate 2nd toilet, a 2nd bathroom (with double sink and walk-in shower) and 2 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 4 single beds + a cot
Our entire domain is fenced with ironwork and closed by an automatic gate. So suitable for a small dog, it cannot run away unseen. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool because they can damage the pool liner with their nails. For the same reason, swimming with flippers is also prohibited. As our house is located on a slope, you have a beautiful idyllic panoramic view into the mountains. From a terrace at the dining room you look out onto a cosy rock garden. An electric Weber BBQ is at your disposal. A second terrace (absolutely not overlooked by the neighbours) is located at the swimming pool. A private pool of 8m x4m with Roman steps. In addition to the garden furniture, 6 sunbeds are available here.
Our house is difficult to access for wheelchair users. We accept 1 SMALL dog if it is house trained. However, we ask a fee for our cleaning lady. For rentals during the months November-December-January-February-March and April, electricity is charged according to consumption at 0.40/KWU.
The centre of Bagnols en Forêt is 800 m away on foot. There are several terraces and restaurants with a very good price/quality ratio. At 2 km there is a Carrefour with petrol station. Several shopping facilities can be found at 10 km. Fréjus-plage is 16 km away but 10 km away you can enjoy swimming, pedalos... at the lake of St Cassien. The Valhalla of golf nl Terre Blanche is 8 km away. Making very nice walks there is no problem either. There are many circuits for mountain bikers.
