"The location was inconvenient (over 1 km from the metro station), the apartment was not comfortable; it was cold and the temperature could not be adjusted, lots of plastic flowers, etc. The faulty lock caused unpleasant communication and an expensive bill was charged to my credit card. I do not recommend!"

"We stayed at the Novotel for 6 days and it was phenomenal. The staff was very courteous and easy to communicate with. The breakfast was amazing and the entire facility was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The subway is like 5 minutes f a walk which really made the visit very easy. "
