The room is very nice! I am picky about a clean bed and it was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner could have used a dusting but that was my only issue. The location is pretty good, next to a small shop to buy water and not too far to the city centre. It was nice to be able to walk quickly to the train station as well. The only downside is the size of the room, it’s pretty small but fine for two people and there’s storage under the bed.

The property was very clean and the extra details made it very comfortable. We are from the US and my hairdryer apparently would have killed the power in a European hotel, but this hotel had the best hair dryer, I know it’s a silly detail, but ladies, it was as good as my Dyson. It was extremely quiet, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If ever in Florence again, they have me as a customer for life.
