- Beautiful and charming ancient villa situated in quiet and panoramic location in the hills surrounding Lucca. This property has been restored with its ancient architectural features preserved and converted into 4 appealing apartments (one of which occupied by the property owners) offering tastefully furnished interiors that allow their guests a combination of old charm and contemporary design. Splendid extensive views of the surrounding vineyards and valleys.
By renting the 3 apartments together it is possible to obtain a villa with private swimming-pool. You may also opt to join the two ground floor apartments Lugliano 3 and 4 to sleep 4.
Distances: The centre of Lugliano only a few metres away, Bagni di Lucca with supermarkets and a variety of shops and restaurants approx. 2 km. Lucca approx. 23 km, Pisa approx.50 km, Florence approx. 80 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, Roman swimming pool (9x 4 m -maximum depth 1,5 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and covered terrace. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities available. A car is necessary.

Schöne Ferien über Bagni di Lucca
Herrliche Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, guter Kontakt vor Ort, direkte Anfahrtsstrasse sehr eng, Parkplatz (öffentlich) ca. 300m entfernt. Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur im Hauptort. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut.

We had a wonderful time at Lugliano. Beautifully quiet and peaceful with an environment made for relaxation. Everything we required was provided and Sperry and Carolyn went out of their way to make us feel at home with excellent tourist and shopping advice. this is the place to come if you want o feel part of the village and not just a tourist!

We had a wonderful time at Lugliano. Beautifully quiet and peaceful with an environment made for relaxation. Everything we required was provided and Sperry and Carolyn went out of their way to make us feel at home with excellent tourist and shopping advice. this is the place to come if you want o feel part of the village and not just a tourist!

We had a wonderful time in Lugliano, in appt.4. The village is very quietly located higher in de mountains with great views from the appartment. Had several talks with the very friendly Australian owner en enjoyed the really modern and comfortable appt. Everything was available to enjoy een great holiday incl. of quality beds, nice terrace chairs and a well equipped kitchen. A place to wind down and enjoy Tuscan villages and nature.
