"Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone."

Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. "We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. "Pianello is a small town with a couple of good restaurants and a wonderful bar. A lake ferry stop there as well for exploring other towns in Lake Como. The view for the balcony is fantastic. The kitchen is well required and the beds are comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. I highly recommend this place."
