LUCHON "RESIDENCE LE PARC THERMAL"

2-room apartment for 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator, located a stone's throw from the thermal establishment and close to the city center in a quiet street with a beautiful view of the mountains.

This comfortable apartment of approximately 30 m² includes a living room-equipped kitchenette (microwave, oven, raclette service, dishwasher) with sofa, pine furniture, television, opening onto an 8.50m² balcony facing East with a view of the mountain, a bedroom with a double bed and bed frame, a sleeping area with two bunk beds. Bathroom with washing machine and separate WC.

Cellar on the balcony. The floor is covered with laminate parquet. Private parking. Wifi access via fiber
