"The room had strings of hair in the bathroom and the top sheet was ripped from the press. I informed the front desk and one of the staff but nothing happened. Aside from those two minor issues, it was a really good stay. The food was good and the bed was very comfortable."

"My recent stay at Tropicana was so disappointing! Over the years I have always stayed there and had the best times ! This last trip there - was a nightmare! The elevators were down/broken that connected room to casino. The 41st floor . The service elevator was all that was accessible. Completely unsafe , doors were closing in people and there were no staff in sight to even help direct the situation! Entire casino, needs serious upgrades . Certain outlets in room not working , casino area garbage under tables ! Poor staff service! Never again will i go there! "

"workers were polite and helpful however, the room was not worth how expensive it was. the TV in the room didnt connect to any channels and the TV remotes was extremely sticky. the fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to come down at any second but at least it was clean. we were excited for breakfast but we turned and left to find a diner. the sausage links were very grey and the eggs were one hundred percent frozen and reheated. it was good enough for the night but I wish I spent the extra money to stay at one of the nearby casinos."

"The room was in bad shape, the shower curtains were dirty, the room smelled of mold, there was writings on the wall, when it rained the ceiling began to leak. I went to ask to change rooms the room they gave us was next to people arguing and slamming doors. There was a group of kids in and out of the room next to us. We felt unsafe. I ended up leaving sooner and was told because I didn’t check out before 11am I could not get a refund on the next day. The stay was not good. I would not recommend."
