The cottage has been completely renovated and the ground floor designed to facilitate the stay of a disabled person.-On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a double room (1 bed 140x190) with ensuite bathroom. Restroom with laundry area.-First: 2 twin bedrooms (4 beds 90x200 adjustable into 2 king beds 180x200), bathroom, separate toilet.Outside: a gravelled terrace, and a garden.Private parking in the driveway of the cottage. A barn is at your disposal to store your bikes.Cottage adjoining the owner's house. Come and enjoy the sweetness of life in Baden, a few steps from the Gulf of Morbihan. Ideally located, the cottage is in the peace of a small hamlet while being 5 minutes from the coast and shops. For sea lovers, the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the jewels of the region, offers you its small coves, its beaches ideal for swimming at high tide, and its coastal paths. At Port Blanc, 10 minutes away, you can embark on a day cruise to the islands of the Gulf (Ile aux Moines, Ile d'Arz) or those offshore (Belle Ile, Houat).
