  • The cottage, completely renovated, is the ideal place for your next stay. Located in a quiet dead end, not adjoining, it is also 5min walk from the shops of the town. It offers a beautiful bright and spacious living room of 50m ², welcoming a modern kitchen fully equipped, a living room and a living room, opening onto a wooden terrace without vis-à-vis. For the sleeping area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140), one with private bathroom. A third bedroom (under very pronounced creeper, suitable for a child) welcomes the 5th person (1 bed 140). A second bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet with washbasin will enhance your stay. Ground of 700m ² without opposite, shelter bicycles / motorcycles in rez of garden. Parking cars in the property. A large terrace, direct access to the living room, you will enjoy the outdoors.
    Embark for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan, pier on the town of Baden in Port-Blanc; to discover the island of monks, the island of Artz, a sunset on the beach of Toulindac ... Golf enthusiasts can discover the driving range 5 minutes from the house. Located between Vannes and Auray, the town of Baden offers many coastal paths to reach the beach of the seven islands, the tip of Blaire or the tip of Toulvern to enjoy oysters directly to the oyster park.

Belle maison dans un joli environnement

4 jours dans le golfe du Morbihan avec des amis et Baden est super pour rayonner....le village est adorable,petit, mais bien équipé. Notre maison au bout d'une impasse est parfaite pour 6 personnes car bien équipée en vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisine et produits d'entretien Par contre apportez tout ce qui a trait à la nourriture car contrairement à d'autres locations que j'ai fait il n'y a même pas un grain de sel ou un morceau de sucre. Une fois cela connue cette location est correcte malgré une odeur de renfermée persistante avant d'ouvrir les fenêtres.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Bretagne in einem sehr schönen Ort.

Das Haus ist wirklich super ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Genau passend zum Entspannen. Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar und der Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. Ganz lieben Dank!

Idéalement située pour découvrir le Golfe, la maison est très bien équipée et confortable, c'est la quiétude garantie ! Bonne communication avec Valérie. Très bon séjour passé dans cette maison avec tout le confort moderne. Terrasse agréable, La propreté à l'arrivée était correcte ainsi que celle de la literie. La maison est isolée au bout d'un chemin ce qui est appréciable au demeurant. 2 écueils cependant : le jardin peu mis en valeur et donc peu profitable ... Et les soirées estivales du voisinage qui s'éternisent jusqu'au petit matin sans considération pour les alentours (2 nuits sur 7 passées mi Juillet) ... Heureusement la situation des chambres réduit ces nuisances.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf. Wunderbar zum Sterne anschauen, Ausflüge in die Gegend per Fahrrad oder Auto zu unternehmen. Das Haus ist sauber und mit reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. Bäder und Toilette sind sauber. Der Zufahrtsweg ist geschottert aber gut befahrbar.

Satisfaits de notre séjour, très bons équipements électroménagers et de cuisine, beaucoup de vaisselle. Lits confortables. Calme. Un bémol sur la terrasse qui est pourtant très spacieuse et dont on a bien profité mais nous a semblé assez abîmée.

Très jolie maison, dans un cadre agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de ses équipements. La maison est très bien équipée et la communication avec Valérie est très facile.
