"Clean room, nice spa, very nice staff! I was especially thankful for the General Manager who was so kind to us. We tried to pay for parking on the way out and she was taking care of the front desk while her employee was somewhere else. She could not ring us up and just gave us a ticket to get out. She didn’t make us wait and was very kind. "

The space was generous with enough closet storage and a beautifully designed living room area that we all enjoyed in the evenings, it quickly became our movie night spot and kept our little one happily busy. The room was incredibly well thought out down to the smallest details. From the floor heating in the bathroom to the perfectly balanced lighting and seamless technology, everything felt intuitive, modern, and luxurious. You can truly feel the level of care that went into the design. Including the goodie bags with nappies, lotion, slippers and robe for my toddler. The hotel’s location is perfect. Baden-Baden is absolutely magical at this time of year. We’ve visited several major cities during the festive season, but the Christmas decorations here are on another level, elegant, charming, and unforgettable. Staying in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all made the experience even more special. Breakfast was exceptional with an impressive selection and even oysters. The service was excellent, the staff were helpful and genuinely welcoming. As a detail lover, I was delighted to see fine bone china Villeroy & Boch dining sets which perfectly reflect the hotel’s high standards. I truly wish I had planned to stay longer here but I will definitely return! Do not hesitate to book, the price point for a stay of this standard is unbeatable."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a prime location in Baden Baden. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the Christmas market was literally on our doorstep. A must place to stay if you are lucky enough to visit."

"This is such a quaint hotel right in the city centre with friendly staff. If you are looking for basics but great location and well heated rooms with larger bathroom this is for you. A lot cheaper than other hotels in the area. Baden Baden is such a beautiful town you will want to spend your time out and about. "

"Loved my stay. The rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable and my room facing the back was quiet and perfect for my stay. The location is great too and just a quick 10 - 12 minute walk to the spas either via the road up the hill and down the other side past the church or go along the main shopping street just feet away from the hotel and then curve around a few streets and you're at both spas which are next to each other. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, so many options. Had a great stay!!! "
