"Rooms ok and clean. No daily cleaning performed. Breakfast mediocre, noway near German standards. I asked for an extra night, but the staff 'forgot' to inform that the rate was up >50% for the second night! This is not professional. At all."

"My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions."

"Hotel Beek was perfect for us. We had a lovely, spacious, comfortable room with a balcony looking over the site of the Roman Baths ruins and Friedricksbad. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the service was excellent. Robin and Col, Australia."
