Very accomodating staff.i checked in late in night as it was a last minute plan due to my accident on the highway. Requested them a late check out and they happily adjusted it.

Convenient location

2 night stay whilst exploring Baden Baden. Good location on the outskirts of Karlsruhe close to the highway, quick drive to Baden Baden. Easy parking. Very clean and new feel hotel, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet very basic.

Great Service

Even with a little issus with HOTEL.COM payment issus with Holiday Inn clerk, she let me have the room.... Next morning everything was fixed...Very Helpful Clerk.

Ok but not a HI expected standars

Ok hotel but not one I'd go back to. The parking even though advertised as free, in fact it is €9 per overnight stay. Additionally, no restaurant for dinner service was available and we walked into the town centre 15mins to get to nearest place. We use HI multiple times for our stay and this did not meet the usual standards. The rooms are very small for the price one pays.

B&B instead of a Hotel.

Hotel is just fine, rooms are really good, bed is great. Shower could be better, not enough pressure on the water. Rooms were clean. The rest is really disappointing as there is no atmosphere at all, the bar is done by the receptionist and really empty. I wasn't even allowed to have a glass of wine at 20.45 as the bar was closed. Haven't seen that ever, and I travel quite a lot. So it should be a B&B instead of a hotel. Paid a regular Hotel rate, got a B&B service.

Prima hotel, netjes en schoon. Het was wel erg warm in de kamer. Het was iets verder van het centrum maar als je de moeite neemt kun je met een half uurtje van het centrum genieten inclusief het kasteel en de vele winkels en straatmuzikanten. Op de terugweg bij een lekker italiaans restaurant gegeten.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage – ideal für Veranstaltungen. Wir waren für ein Konzert hier und die Nähe zum Messegelände sowie die gute öffentliche Anbindung waren perfekt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und zweckmäßig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, die Gebühr ist fair. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück – reichhaltig und fein. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Abendkarte im Restaurant könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Businesshotel mit fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
