"When I arrived, it was after front desk hours. My room key was attached to a name tag located on a shelf in front of the office check-in window. Unique, but it worked. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was served buffet style. A "lake" across the street was almost not visible from the hotel. Parking in front of the building was adequate. Hotel is ok for a one-night stay. I felt it is a bit overpriced. The lovely town of Baden-Baden is nearby (driving distance)."

"We were welcomed by Evan and he immediately answered our questions on parking for our motorcycles and also helped providing a kettle (an essential for me!), helped with local tourist attractions and directions etc. The room was sizeable, clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice, self service with a really nice selection. We enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Room was very spacious and I recommend getting one with the ground floor patio. It’s very close to the Caracalla spa which is very convenient. A short walk from historic area with restaurants and shops. Some rooms have weird steps up and down within. If that’s an accessibility issue please check which one. Didn’t try the restaurant."
