"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing. They accommodated out late check in and vegan made special a vegan breakfast fit for a queen. You won't be staying in the castle but in the building they have right beside. The area is quite peaceful. Very German ! "

"The reception area was closed on a sunday 5pm? The hotel is undergoing renovation with fences all around and a portable toilet outside. Was not even able to get into my room. The phone number on the site did not get any response after dozen of tries. This is probably a good hotel during the school year since its close to the uinversity but for the summer it looks like I was going to be the only guest and was not even able to get in!"

"Great location for exploring Weimar’s key sights, and right by a bus hub for buses to the station or other places (such as Buchenwald). We arrived very early but they had our room ready and were happy for us to access it as soon as we arrived. Room was a good size and comfortable. "

"A wonderful overnight experience that included dinner and breakfast the next morning. The area is picturesque and the property is just far enough from the main roads that the night was quiet and restful. Staff was very friendly, even if my German didn't rise up to the level of their English."
