Located in a beautiful setting, beside a large park, this hotel is worth the stay. Staff are professional and helpful with ample parking in the area. Very nice hotel indeed.

This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down. Good, extensive breakfast. Bad Mergentheim is a lovely town - highly recommend a visit.

Bad Mergentheim's Gem

We stayed here because we were attending a family party in a nearby village. While the decor might be a little outdated, the hotel is very clean, has a bar open night, and a free breakfast with a wide variety of offerings that would put any US hotel to shame! We had a suite which also had a huge balcony, big windows to open for fresh air and plenty of space to move around. Highly recommend!

The only thing I have to complain about in the hotel is the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect but their selection of food for dinner is very lacking, and seems more like a cafeteria with deep-fried food.

I'm sorry, but the service in the Bar/The terrace was inadequat. As soon as I get to know that a concert with 5,000 guests (a lot of staying a the hotel) takes place, I'm prepared for a proper bar service after the concerts when the fans drop in. This was not the case and a lot of guests were disappointed.

Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal, aber dafür ließ das Abendessen mehr als zu wünschen übrig. Überwiegend eher günstige Convenience Produkte, die lieblos serviert wurden. Geschmacklich mit reichlich Luft nach oben. Das Frühstück hingegen war ausgezeichnet.

Das Hotel ist leider stark abgewohnt und könnte einiges an Auffrischungen benötigen, Frühstück ist super, Personal sehr nett. In Saunavorplatz riecht es sehr stark (Abfluss? Zu den Toiletten hin wird der Geruch unerträglich), wenig einladend. Der Pool ist trist, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Hier riecht es auch etwas. Im Hotelzimmer selbst stehen alte Möbel, es ist sauber. Tasche für den Pool- Saunabereich ist da, Bademantel gegen kleine Gebühr.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Armlehnen der Sessel im Zimmer sind kaputt. Im Badezimmer sollten Fugen repariert werden, weil die Platten knacken. Zudem ist ein undefinierbares Geräusch im Badezimmer zu hören.

Frühstück perfekt! Leider nicht ersichtlich, dass im Hotel nur Aufzüge vorhanden sind - kein Treppenhaus für Gäste. Wurde vom Hotelier gut gelöst, dennoch hätten wir unter der Voraussetzung nicht gebucht. Badezimmer modern, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und modernisierungsbedürftig. Teppiche (auch im Speißeraum) nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Zimmer groß, das war ein Vorteil.
