Corona bedingt leider kein Restaurant und Bar zu Verfügung. Dennoch war der Service sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich sowohl vor Ort als auch am Telefon. Die blaue Suite war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Doppelbett sehr gut allerdings mit Besucherritze.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, coronabedingt war allerdings das Restaurant geschlossen und die Wellnessoptionen stark limitiert. Die Betten sind mein einziger Kritikpunkt, da die Matratzen durchgelegen sind und erneuert werden sollten. Schön grosse Zimmer.

Leider hatten wir laute Gäste im Hotel. -- Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen und Fenster schliessen -- Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Mülltonnen war ausreichend groß. Die Matratzen waren unangenehm weich, man lag regelrecht in einer Rille. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die **** Zimmer sind toll, die *** Zimmer ziemlich beengt. Außer Duschgel und Seife ist nichts im Bad. Leider keine Sauna (wegen Corona). Es gibt außer Sauna keine anderen Wellness Angebote, die aber so im Internet standen.

Unschlagbar günstiger Preis, der sich allerdings darin wohl begründet, dass die Räumlichkeit doch sehr hellhörig ist. Sowohl Bewegungen im Treppenhaus bzw. Flur sind deutlich zu vernehmen, als auch die Gäste des Nebenzimmers. Jedoch wurde die nächtliche Ruhe absolut eingehalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist mitten im Zentrum, sodass alles im Bereich der Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar ist. Nun gut, kein Wunder, denn so groß ist Mergentheim ja nun auch wieder nicht ;)

Schönes, sauberes Hotel.

Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, saubere Zimmer! Leckeres Frühstück, nur die Dame am Frühstücksservice sollte etwas freundlicher sein. Sie macht Ihre Arbeit gut aber man könnte den Gästen mit etwas mehr Freundlichkeit entgegen treten. Vielleicht Mal an der Rezeption nach Tipps fragen, die Damen dort machen einen top Job. Deshalb leider nur Mittelmaß beim Punkt Freundlichkeit. Sehr schade für das Hotel....sonst top!!

Nie wieder

Erste Zimmer eine Suite beim Duschen Überschwemmung im Bad da abfluss verstopft achja und noch benutze Glas auf dem Zimmer mit Lippenstift zweite Suite Sauberkeit Okay Toilettenspülung defekt das Frühstück ist eine Witz Rührei mh kann man essen muss man nicht wieder haben die Brötchen alt und aufgebacken ob wohl fast nebenan Bäckerei ist da bin ich dann zum FRühstücken gegangen Suite liegt zur Strasse laut bis nach Mitternacht Betten unbequem Preisleistung unterirdisch

Hatte ein DELUXE ZIMMER War wie angekündigt. Hat und gut gefallen. Nur im Sommer sehe ich Probleme da KEINE KLIMAANLGE im Zimmer. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Altstadt

Das Hotel ist sehr "Central" gelegen, direkt an der Altstadt und Fußgängerzone. Die Suite neu renoviert und sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Super Bett, Badezimmer sehr groß mit begehbarer Dusche Wir kommen wieder

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren überaus herzlich. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön und hell. Das Frühstück war für mich ein kleines Highlight, weil es neben den Must-Haves (Brötchen, Müsli, ...) auch ausgefallenere Sachen gab, wie z.B. Kaiserschmarrn oder Milchreis. Wir haben den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden uns in Bad Mergentheim jederzeit wieder für das Hotel Central Vital entscheiden.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Durch die Zentrale Lage leider sehr schlechte Parksituation. Badezimmer leider noch etwas altbacken, der Rest des Zimmers ist aber modern und Neu.

nicht geeignet für mehrere Übernachtungen

Es ist nicht zutreffend das als einen Balkon zu nennen mit Ausblick auf Gerümpel leere Kartons gelbe Säcke und auf Dächer also Aussicht gleich o und das Frühstück ist halt nicht das wahre wenn man die Auswahl betrachtet und dann die wärme im Frühstücksraum .Das Hotel ist halt von der Lage her nicht obtimal aber für eine Übernachtung ok und es sollte mehr Staub gewischt werden
