1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "Take a room with a view. It is not directly in the city Centre but it is 10-30 minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The amenities are great and the staff goes beyond . We had some laundry which was delivered within 4 hours which was just amazing. "
