Nothing. Their are ants crawling around. The water in the shower is cold. Door is very hard to open. Only one key for the room. I’ve requested for another key for my husband and they won’t give it to us. They won’t allow us to charge our dinner. They only want cash.

Bed and pillows too hard

The staff are great, but the place is getting dated. Bed and pillows are worn out and hard. Water was barely warm for a shower and the food was awful.

Hotel location is good, service and the employees are excellent but overall cleanliness of the facilities leaves a lot to be desired example, molds in the bathroom shower tile, smelly air coming out of the bathroom floor, the ladies bathroom in the main lobby has very poor exhaust system that I vomited because of it’s lingering foul smell . My husband said that the men’s main lobby bathroom smell was ok. If the hotel can just give more attention to cleanliness and sanitation we will consider returning as employees are excellent and hard working.

The hotel looks old inside due to lobby not being lit well. My daughter said it looks spooky because the lobby was dark when you enter it. The room has ants and cockroaches (baby ones) when we first entered the rooom. The staff were very attentive though. Smells of smoke in the lobby. The hotel is not that old from my knowledge but it was not maintained well, so it looks old in the inside.

Never.......

Room floor dirty. Cockroach is in the room. No free waters Kettle is very dirty n rusty Air condition is analog...No remote control Morning buffet is 325 pesos....not recommend.. Hotel amenity is very pool..... No tea spoon, No Cotton swab, Shampoo is not good smell & soap smell same... No toothpaste & toothbrush....

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly but not many good restaurants are in the area. A few times we didn't have hot water for the shower but when we reported it within minutes someone came and fixed it.

when I booked the room it was a room for 2 with breakfast. When we got here they said breakfast was for 1. Any other time I booked a room in the U.S. or in the Philippines I got breakfast for me and my wife 1 room for 2 and 2 breakfast.

Spacious Room But Noisy

The room was spacious. Our only complaint was that it was noisy. The airconditioning unit was making a tik-tok sound the whole time. There was a machine right outside our room that made a loud sound everytime it switched on and off. You could also hear people walking and talking outside.

There’s only one snall pillow 😟. The next room was so loud until I drifted to sleep at 1am , I think people from the prom. Dark room. One big lamp shade was broken. I checked in late so no time to request for anything to be fixed.
