"The property was amazing , great views , Blackwater falls state park is 1 hour away from here , the staff is amazing too "

"The pool was clean, and the hot tub was hot. Lots of kids in the pool, but plenty of room for everyone. Ate at the Lounge. Prices a little high, steak $44, but food was good. Very disappointed that the shuttle to and from the ski resort was not running. We'd planned to use that, but driving over was not far. Extra towels were easy to get at the front desk. Quiet. Saw a deer from the room window."

"The rooms were very clean, but restraunt/lounge was closed due to no staff and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because there is nothing close to go eat and have a drink, so we chose this hotel BUT it was not open and no where on the web site it said it was closed, and was not told this when they called to confirm my resorvations, didnt find out until we got there so that was a dissapointment, the tv screeen was messed up, very very small. I would stay again IF the restaruant is open. the views are beautiful. rooms clean,but call ahead next time. some of the games in the game room were also broken. "

"The room was clean and the king bed was quite comfortable. The heater was a bit loud but very effective, and the heated air fan in the bath was a nice touch; plenty of hot water, too. The microwave oven was small but worked well, and the mini-fridge was bigger than many we've seen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and cheerfully accomodated our late arrival. "
