"Paying for parking is a horrible idea. You shouldn't have to pay for parking. Staff should inform the guest that there is overflow parking. The main parking lot has only one way in and you have to back up almost to the street in order to turn around. There was hair in the shower. Everything else was good."

"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"No breakfast. Parking easy but expensive @ $20 a day. Hotel gym very poor (thus no overall excellent). Few towels available, sanitizer wipes seemed old, no cups for water. Move the free weight rack to the wall with no mirror so bench work has full view in mirror. It will also make the small room feel less crowded. Clean the workout room. Front desk staff not very friendly or engaging. Room Service staff was great. Room was always fresh and felt clean. Temp hard to regulate and fan was very loud. Convenient location!!!"
