"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"Beautifully designed and appointed; Casa Malaga feels like a luxury suite at a fine hotel. the grounds are gorgeous and there is a pharmacy and convenience store a block away; and Bacalar Town square is 5 blocks away, lagoon beach clubs and restaurant about 6 blocks away. "

"The property was great and very secure. The beds were very comfortable. Could have used a bath mat of some kind sort to step out of the shower on. We also could have used more towels for 3 women for 5 nights(4) wasn’t enough. There were no beach towels provided. Had to ask for bottled water and trash bags as there wasn’t any. "This home was amazing for a little family holiday. The rooms were perfect! The back yard was amazing for our kiddos to run around as well as being walking distance from the playground,pool and little shop/cafe area was a huge plus for us. The hosts were very helpful and extremely kind."
