"Loved our stay! The location is nice and central to old quarter, close to the lively downtown area but tucked away from all the noise. We ate at a bbq spot right outside the gated area and it was amazing. The host was amazing, extremely fast responses, very outgoing to make sure we were comfortable, and provided all the information we needed. Very accommodating. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again and I fully recommend this stay."

"Staying here was a great choice. The area is currently under construction and a little far from the center. But the peace and friendliness of the neighborhood makes up for it. Lee and Long took excellent care of me. Halfway through my stay, I had made friends and started coming home later in the night. They kept an eye out for when I’d be home to make sure I got home safe. "I never leave a bad review and sat with this for a week before doing so. I am only leaving this review so travelers are aware going in. I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...
