Staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with so many choices. Massage was amazing. If you are a light sleeper ask for one of the back rooms. We had to move as the noise from the clubs over the road made it hard to sleep. You cannot hear anything in the back rooms. Everything else was perfect.

Highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Hanoi! Very centrally located, and the hotel and rooms are clean and well maintained and daily housekeeping. Prices super good for what you get. The staff here are so amazing and helpful too!! Huong at reception was so sweet and always willing to help me and ensure my needs were taken care of :)
