"Stunning Riad super convenient location and the staff make every effort to help the guests. The dinner was an absolute surprise in the best way possible, and it's a must do.on the stunning rooftop with amazing views of the surrounding areas. They also included a 1 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide who took us around the medina (it's a crazy maze) and showered us a great spot for lunch. Highly recommend and I hope to come back to this place in the future. "

"We returned to Palais Fes Yahya after a couple of days in Chefchaouen as we had had such a lovely stay previously. It was like coming home to old friends!! The family helped us to arrange a last-minute visit to the Chouara Tanneries, before catching our train to Marrakesh. They really are a delightful family- so very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this authentic and beautiful riad if you are coming to Fes!!"

"I had the most amazing time! The Riad was lovingly restored with great attention to every detail from the cedar and plaster to the zelige and artwork. The staff is warm and inviting and helpful. The common areas and rooms are meticulously clean. The breakfast was delicious and made fresh in the Riad kitchen. The tour guides they recommended were top notch. "I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Fez! The service was truly excellent — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!"

"Beautiful Riad, Terrible Service ​The Riad itself is exceptionally beautiful, and our room was nice. However, the service and organization were unprofessional and disappointing. They seemed to have forgotten our reservation, leading to a chaotic half-hour check-in delay and an unnecessary discussion about our prepaid status. My attempts to contact them beforehand about parking and directions were unanswered. ​The room was assigned with a dirty bathroom (hair from a previous guest), and it took several hours and multiple reminders to get it cleaned so we could shower. After all of this, the general staff's attitude was equally poor; they were unfriendly and often ignored our greetings. The only saving grace was the good breakfast and friendly kitchen and cleaning stuff."
