"My whole family who traveled with me love this hotel in Fiji, Absolutely a lovely, nice; friendly hotel and definitely will come back to Nalagi if possible. We love the morning breakfast and the infinitive pool on the top roof; the view for Fiji was amazing. Staff at hotel are also friendly; helpful and super nice to guests. A very nice experience to stay at Nalagi hotel ; I would recommend to anyone who would visit Fiji."

"We arrived before check-in time. Our Villa wasn't ready yet, but we were allowed to use the pool, which was very much appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day. The Villa was clean and had all the amenities (fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle etc) needed for a relaxing stay. The gardens looked amazing and we enjoyed a couple of swims in the nice pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious. We loved the location so close to the airport, which meant we were able to walk from the hotel to the airport. Surprisingly there wasn't much noise from the planes. We would definitely stay at Tokatoka resort again."

"The Staff was very welcoming. The hotel was clean. We enjoyed our breakfast which included cereal, toast, jam, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, fruit and some Fijian dishes. The beach was nice to walk along, but not necessarily for swimming while we were there. The pool was in a weird location which didn't make it very appealing to go for a swim. All in all we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay there again"

"The resort is situated in a quiet spot in a less commercialised area of Wailoaloa beach which for us was exactly what we wanted. There is a convenient shuttle bus that for a fee will take you into Nadi town or other places of interest for a reasonable charge? The gardens in the property are extremely well kept. We stayed in the new building rather than the wooden beach hats. They were spacious and clean although quite “tired”. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable 10/10 The air conditioning worked well and was quiet and the fridge was old but worked well. The breakfast was acceptable but no choice of types of tea which for me meant I had only hot water in the morning. If something ran out there was quite a wait for it to be replenished. Note also there is no bottled water supplied to the room, you must ourchase this for $fji 8 - if you walk to the other wnd of the beach it is $3.30 at the supermarket but quite a walk just for water!!! The staff seem pleasant enough but quite aloof it wasn’t always clear if they were listening to you or not. In the hotel Fiji time is very real so learn to chill and don’t expect anything to happen fast. Food on site for evening meals was good and a reasonable price e.g. 42 fji$ for their Mongolian feast meal cooked fresh in front of you. The BBQ night on Sunday with a live singer was a very good night , he was a great singer Unrelated but be aware the hotel is very close to where they burn bodies!!!! Can be Smokey!!"

"Our room was clean and tidy and the staff that cleaned the rooms were lovely. The issues that we did have were ; 1. that I reported a bedside table lamp as having an electrical fault on the second day. It was shorting out when I touched the switch. The reception sent an electrician, who agreed that the lamp was faulty and tried to fix it. When he couldn't fix it, he removed it and said the lamp would be replaced. It was not replaced during our 10 day stay, despite numerous calls to reception about the problem. 2. There was also a problem with water not draining properly from the shower, requiring us to block the shower door with a towel to avoid excess water on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not flushing properly and the sink was not draining properly. This was reported - a plumber did come out and said it was fixed, but it wasn't. After having no response to frequent requests about the lamp, we didn't bother reporting the other issues with the plumbing. 3. The hot water was not always hot, but only luke warm 4. The internet appeared to have issues of not working - which did cause an issue for me as I had to carry out business via the internet whilst I was on holidays. 5. We didn't think that the food at the main restaurant was as good as previous years. Just not as tasty 6. The reception staff were extremely slow when you were checking in and checking out. Fiji time, but still..."
