Maison dans le vieux bourg d'Aytre, à seulement 5 minutes à pied des commerces (boulangerie, caviste, primeur, boucherie, supermarché, laverie, station de location de vélo ) et d'un grand parc avec terrain de jeux et jeux pour enfants. 10 minutes en voiture ou vélo de la plage et de La Rochelle.
Arrêt de bus à 300 m.
Parcelle de 500m2 avec emplacement de stationnement devant la maison et parking à 80m- pas de vis à vis. Parcelle clôturée, jardin arboré et température agréable en été. Quartier calme.
Terrasse 26 m2 avec salon de jardin, et espace repas, hamac, barbecue
Au rdc : entrée avec WC, séjour traversant de 34 m2 , espace bureau, cuisine ouverte 10m2, lingerie ,chambre avec lit de 140.
A l'étage : WC, 2 Chambres (lit 140 et 160) avec sdb attenantes (1 sdb a 2 portes pour permettre accès sans entrer dans la chambre)
