Very Comfortable Hotel, Great Customer Service

We stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful, letting us access our room early so we could get ready. The rooms are a good size with nice toiletries, TV, and tea/coffee. The breakfast menu was extensive and really yummy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel picked at random

We felt very comfortable during our stay. On arrival the staff were very welcoming, offered to help transport our baggage and one moved his car to let us park adjacent to the entrance. The recent refurbishment has been successful and creates a pleasant environment. The food was good and did not give the impression of having been prepared hours before. A striking feature is that all of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The lack of a fridge in the room was a disadvantage, particularly as we stayed during a rare Scottish tropical period.

Helpful, friendly staff, organised early check-in as attending a wedding, would have liked to stay longer and spend some time in walled garden but time didn't allow, would definitely stay again

Rest and recuperation

This was a night away for my son and myself after a youth football tournament. I do travel a lot for work and this place would easily be somewhere I would recommend for work. The room was big and not like a chain hotel. Staff were very tentative and the breakfast was for champions. I would put this on my favourites list.

Close to wedding venue at Brig O Doon

Welcome and friendliness couldn’t be improved. Really lovely. The hotel has recently been taken over and I think they could be in the midst of improvements. Breakfast and coffee were both excellent.
