The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need from morning coffee on the terrace to gourmet home-cooked meals.

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms are located on this level. A front-facing double bedroom with an en-suite shower enjoys its own private balcony with direct pool access, perfect for soaking in the tranquil morning breeze. A second double bedroom with an en-suite shower has been designed for easy accessibility, making it ideal for guests with mobility needs. At the rear of the villa, a covered entertainment space awaits, complete with a pool table and table tennis, offering hours of fun.
