Al llegar la reservación no la encontraban. Por fin que la hallaron dijeron que apenas ese día les habían dado la reservación cuando la hice 6 días antes. El personal aún así amable y nos acomodó en cuartos iguales a los que pedimos y se respetó la reservación. Uno de los cuartos del tercer piso muy caliente. Tuvimos que comprar un ventilador extra y con eso mejoró mucho el clima. El ambiente es familiar. El hotel aunque cerca del centro en una colonia escondida y la calle de la entrada parte terracería. Si desean que se haga aseo en la habitación deben dejar la llave de su cuarto. Hay estacionamiento para los autos en el interior. En general buena experiencia.

No pudimos acceder a todas las albercas pues no estaban disponibles, aún así el personal siempre estuvo al pendiente que tuvieramos buena atención. El colchón de la cama ya debe cambiarse.

Es una propiedad que ya no está en condiciones de funcionar como hotel, la fachada parece prision , cerrada todo el tiempo el portón y pared de entrada descuidada y saguan sin pintar, no cuentan con personal de seguridad, instalaciones descuidadas y sucias, las fotos que están en el portal no corresponden con la realidad del lugar, LLEGUE Y VIENDO EL LUGAR DECIDÍ NO HOSPEDARME, solo pedí mi factura porque ya había pagado la reserva de dos dias,

My only issue is that Trivago's promotional price was not respected. Pools and facilities in general are nice and well maintained. You need to specifically ask for room cleaning/resuply or it won't happen, but the staff is always very nice and helpful. Kids loved the place.

Todo bien bonito limpio. Los señores muy amables. Pero no tiene aire acondicionado... No lo note a la hr de contratar... El lugar hermoso... Pero lo del aire.... Y no tienen teléfono para servicio a la habitación.... Y tuvimos la mala suerte q el domingo 6am contrataron un albañil... Y no pudimos descansar bien.
