Bio- chalet "Chalet Karin", built in 2014. In the resort 14 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a quiet, sunny position, 6.4 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the skiing area. Private: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Eibl" 350 m, railway station "Völs" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 800 m, bathing lake "Natterer See" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 800 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Axamer Lizum 8.5 km, Mutterer Alm/ Götzner Bahn 3.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Outside shower in front of the entrance. Included in the price Axams indoor and outdoor pool.
4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Romantic and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Large garden. View of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Suitable for allergy sufferers, smoke alarm. 2nd dog can be booked and would incur an extra charge of 15 € per day. 1 bunch of wood for free per day! Each additional on site 10 €. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.
