"Staff were helpful, room was lovely only hiccup was the amount of noise when you book Istiklal front street facing view, you don’t realise that you will be listening to duff duff music until 6am, the only negative is the noise, room is perfect "

"Staff were very helpful and location was excellently located centrally for access to Taksim. Room smelt off and I got bed bug bites on my ankles from one night stay. Was in town very briefly and hence didn’t see the point in taking action with this at the time, but would not stay here again."
