Holiday Home 'Gîte du Bord de Mer' with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Barn converted into two holiday cottages for 4 and 7 guests, connected only by the main entrance and the garden. Set in a preserved green setting, just 15 minutes from Veillon Beach, one of the most beautiful in Vendée. The cottage is in the center of the estate, surrounded by fields. A one-hectare pond allows catch-and-release fishing. The owners’ birds, chickens, ducks, and pygmy goats will delight children.

This 120 m² cottage accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms: one standard and one accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The cottage is suitable for guests with mild mobility impairments. Well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, large TV in the living room, and TVs in the main bedrooms (not in the children’s rooms). On-site parking. Perfect for a family holiday in the Vendée countryside.



Comfort: beds are made on arrival. Bath linen is provided, with quantities adapted to the length of your stay. Beach towels provided in summer.



Please note: a car is essential in this rural area. The hosts live on site, but not in the cottage.



Rules: no smoking (including e-cigarettes) or deep frying. No wipes or sanitary products in the toilets. No events.



Pets are not allowed in this cottage.



Cleaning is not included, but is available for an extra fee payable on site.
