"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"We appreciated the careful and loving restoration of this charming cottage perfectly placed to the center of Beauvias and equally close to lovely natural walks by the rivers and lakes. A modest scale but we were able to work around it with 5 family members and enjoyed a relaxing environment interspersed with adventures into town to explore what Beauvias has to offer. Many thanks."

Les espaces de vie commune sont hyper conviviaux, et les maisons sont bien équipées pour cuisiner à plusieurs Les seuls petits bémols sont l'absence d'intimité (chambres en enfilades) mais qui est totalement tolérable quand on reste un week-end, et les sanitaires (seulement 3 toilettes pour 25, dont 2 qui avaient des problèmes de chasse d'eau lors de notre séjour) Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ ont été très facilitées...

"I'd cycled to Beauvais as part of the Avenue Verte on the way to Paris, I arrived earlier than expected but pretty tired, I hadn't realised that the B&B didn't open until 5pm (this was at 2pm), luckily Stephan came down and opened up early for me. The room I had was stunning and I will definitely be back for a stay with a special friend. Breakfast gets plenty of mentions in other reviews but I found there was plenty of choice to keep me powering toward Paris. Thank you"

"I stayed here for one night so I didn't have that far to drive to Le Shuttle. The hotel is just off the main road, so very convenient. There are a few great restaurants just across the road. The breakfast was also very good...one of the best I have had in France."

"Staff were great. On-site restaurant was great for dinner and extremely reasonably priced. Ample free parking. Only slight negatives were slight scruffy outside appearance. "We got in late and they had a self check in at the front door which was fine, but it was confusing on how to get the gate code to pull my car in. It finally came to my email but was very frustrating as it was late and my kids were tired. I rang the door bell intercom that says ring for help, but no one answered. So i spent 30 min trying to get in. Finally someone else who had been there already came up behind us and let us in. "

"Horrible stay, we booked a room for 2 adults and a kid age 12. When we got to the hotel after the rudeness of the night clerk we finally got to our room.We were shocked that the room had a queen bed and as a third bed a matress on the floor. We complained the next day and we were told that it is what it is and actually we should be happy because they don t have rooms for 3. So why do you take reservation for 3 than."

"We landed at the airport in the evening and there is no public transportation after 8pm (or very limited). Walking was okey but ran around the hotel and had difficulty to find the access for walkers - the area is fenced and there are poor to no signs .
