Nous avons eu un trĂšs bon accueil.Les deux gĂźtes que nous avons louĂ© (pour 19 personnes) sont bien pensĂ©s (salle de bain et toilettes Ă  l'Ă©tage ainsi qu'une salle d'eau et un toilette au rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans chacun des deux gĂźtes ).Grande table dedans et dehors ( dans un gĂźte) qui nous a permis d'ĂȘtre tous ensemble , juste pensĂ© Ă  renouveler les tables extĂ©rieur, qui je pense on fait leure temps.Les enfants ont profitĂ© de la salle de jeux, de l'Ă©tang et du parc pour s'amuser .

Sejour au milieu des odeurs d’égouts,

Lorsque nous sommes arrives au gite, si l’environnement et l’accueil sont agreables, le gite est plus que decevant; la 1Ăšre piece cense servir de salon ou piece de jeu sent l’humiditĂ© Ă  cause d’une fuite Erable le toit, impossible de se debarasser de l’odeur tt au long du we. Dans la piece principale cuisine, sejour une odeur d’egouts de canalisations dĂ©fectueuses, apres avoir aere pdt 2 a 3h l’odeur s’est attenue mais trjrs sous-jacente, ce qui est tres agreable pour manger... enfin 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette, aucun sac poubelle, produit vaisselle donc si vous arrivez apres la fermeture des magasins vous attendez le lendemain pour aller aux toilettes. Malgre la rĂ©servation des draps (12 la paire) aucun lit n’etait fait . Tout cela demontre l’avarice du propriĂ©taire apre au gain mais avare sur le confort de base

Propriété située dans un terrain trÚs agréable, calme et reposant. La proximité du Mont Saint Michel est trÚs intéressante. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée.

Formidable séjour

Les deux gĂźtes sont spacieux, l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able. Malheureusement le mĂ©nage laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer (obliger de relaver la vaisselle, poussiĂšre, toiles d’araignĂ©es). Quand on paye 100€ de forfait mĂ©nage, on s’attend Ă  mieux

Week-end du 11 novembre

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end nous étions 20 personnes. Les gßtes sont bien équipé et la literie est confortable (seul bémol le ménage n'a pas était fait correctement) L'endroit est idéal avec des enfants car il y a une salle de jeux nos ados ont pu jouer au ping-pong et baby foot c'est trÚs sécurisé. Nous avons pu faire de belles ballades car il y a un chemin au bout des gßtes. Emplacement idéal pour aller visiter le Mont Saint-MIchel

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans ce gĂźte oĂč les enfants ont pu profiter des infrastructures prĂ©sentes: salle de jeux, plateau sportif et espaces verts. La proximitĂ© des 2 gĂźtes nous a permis de venir Ă  17. L'un des 2 gĂźtes pouvait accueillir la totalitĂ© du groupe.

Emplacement et gßtes agréables

Nous avions deux gĂźtes et celui prĂ©vu pour tout le groupe n’est pas adaptĂ© : le plan de travail est trop petit, certains Ă©quipements de cuisine moyens. GĂźte non chauffĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e alors qu’il faisait froid. Bonne literie.

Parfait pour les grandes familles

TrÚs bon séjour dans des gßtes spacieux et agréables. Prévoir de changer les aspirateurs et un kit de ménage serait le bienvenu. Environnement calme et propre. Salle de jeux trÚs appréciée de tous.

Ce gite a un emplacement et une conception agréable mais mériterait un équipement mieux adapté et en état de marche ! Des désagréments de fonctionnement (four - éclairage chambre - poubelles ....) qui gùchent le plaisir ! Heureusement, le soleil était au rendez vous !!!

Vacances en famille

Erreur sur contrat : descriptif pour agencement pour chacun des gites : agencement de la cuisine ->mention d'un frigo de 220L + 1 frigo 120L, or il y avait un frigo 220L à l'Erable et un de 120L au Chùtaignier. - tel que c'est mentionné, on s'attendait à avoir 2 frigos dans chaque gite --> voir à modifier le descriptif ou à rajouter un frigo dans chaque gites. En effet pour 20 personnes, un seul frigo par gite c'est trop juste. De plus, les douches sont équipés avec des "douchettes" fixées au mur, et limitées dans le temps --> nous ne sommes pas dans un camping, ni à la piscine... ,nous avons loué un gite. Pour le reste c'est ok, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans un endroit trÚs calme, ou les enfants ont pu d'éclater dans les différents endroits prévus pour eux. Génial...
