  • Welcome to Ocean’s Edge, a pet-friendly soundfront retreat in Avon with 90 feet of private Pamlico Sound frontage, direct water access, and unforgettable sunset views.

    The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room with a foosball table, Smart TV, and comfortable seating. Enjoy the open living area, fully equipped kitchen, furnished soundfront deck, and relaxing screened porch overlooking the water.

    The property includes a private launch area with direct access to the Pamlico Sound for kiteboarding, windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and other water sports. Kayaks are provided for guest use, and two outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach or a day on the water easy.

    After your adventures, unwind in the private six-person hot tub or relax on the screened porch while enjoying the coastal breeze and spectacular sunsets.

    Beach access is approximately an 800-meter walk away. Whether you are planning an adventurous Hatteras Island vacation or a peaceful waterfront escape, Ocean’s Edge offers space, comfort, and incredible views for the entire family.
