- Economy tri-level, 4-bedroom/2.5-bath townhouse with fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, balcony with gas BBQ grill, private sauna & 1-car garage. Entry is located on a landing between the ground floor and the 2nd floor with bedrooms on the ground floor, 2nd floor and the 3rd floor.
There is a maximum of 10 guests allowed in and 4 parking spaces available for this condo. Additionally, no smoking of any kind is permitted and pets are not allowed in this property. Guests will be subject to eviction and/or fines if evidence of non-compliance with these management rules is found.
The property is within walking distance of grocery, shops, and restaurants with an Avon shuttle stop conveniently located on street outside of unit.
This professionally cleaned unit will be supplied with linens, towels, and soaps. Housekeeping service is included only after departure.
