"It's a very nice hotel, however, the waffle machine was broken. None of the room doors close quietly. Very little selection for a snack. Continental breakfast was borderline nonexistent. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are excellent. Rooms are very nice once the door is closed."

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"

"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said that up until 9AM which was the real let down as a mom who fought for the time alone to relax. Breakfast was available and edible no complaints there our room was clean. When we called for towels they never came until we stopped the housekeeper the next day in the hallway.. I did have higher expectations for the Embassy but thanks for the stay!"

"I was initially on the 10th floor but I got dizzy so they moved me to the 3rd floor."

"The staff was super kind and helpful. I asked if they had a wheelchair so that I could transport my Mom from the car and they did. The coffee/tea/cocoa bar was impressive and the coffee was really good! Breakfast spread was also wonderful. It's a very quaint and clean hotel. My ONLY gripe is: *very low water pressure in the shower. Not a deal breaker, but it's the only area I found could use improvement. "
