Beaver Creek Landing A302

  • This platinum, mountain chic, ski-in, ski-out residence is an easy walk to the Westin gondola and Lower Beaver Creek Mountain Express chairlift, and offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the gourmet kitchen, as well as a dining area for six+. Additional features include three guest suites (the first has a king size bed, the second has a queen size bed, the third has two double beds), custom lighting, air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, private ski locker and underground parking.

    Guests will enjoy panoramic views of the mountains from the covered, furnished terrace (with BBQ) and the convenience of staying steps from the slopes of Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek. There’s also an outdoor pool and hot tubs, fire pit, and fitness center available.

    NOTICE: Please be advised the pool and hot tubs will be out of service during the fall and winter of 2026 for a renovation.

Wonderful Beaver Creek Condo

This condo was as described. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is outstanding with resort bus access to Beaver Creek Village, as well as easy access to Avon and Edwards. The gym, pool and hot tub was an added plus. We would stay here again!

The location is ideal for serenity while being exceptionally close to Beaver Creek Village and Avon. The chair lift is truly about 50 yards from exiting the ski locker room. During the visit, I learned in addition to the on-call shuttle, the Beaver Creek express buses stop just beside the gondola (adjacent to the chair lift). The stop is called simply, "Landing". During most of the day, an express between Landing and the Covered Bridge is available every few minutes. The host was attentively responsive. On our first morning when hot water didn't seem to flowing right away, I texted her and nearly right away she responded. She told me the unit was not occupied the previous week and the hot water may take a bit longer than usual to start flowing. Within a short time, the hot water was flowing. The unit is spacious, well furnished, and the beds are comfortable. If I were to make any immediate modifications there would be just two modest ones; a larger size (12") good quality fry pan, and a wall mounted coat rack on the wall adjacent to the front door.I would certainly look forward to staying here again.

Came in for friends wedding. Perfect location. Great hiking out the back door. Quiet. Nice views. Super clean. Comfy beds.
