"Breakfast was great, cereal yogurt, sandwiches, fruit and either waffles or pancakes. I didn’t have them but was working. Coffee was great! Room was super clean shower was clean pool was clean. Excellent value! Very close to the lake/pond."

"The property was exactly as describe. Clean, close to Avon's many activities, and comfortable in amenities. The one process that could be clearer is the parking process if you arrive in afterhours. It seems the entire town of Avon doesn't want you to park overnight anywhere, and having a process to park somehwere if you arrive a bit later would be nice."

"Was given a room on the second floor, it was right over a restaurant, next to someone listening to some terrible music on a loud speaker, and next to someone else with a dog that was barking non stop. Ran over to city market and nothing had quieted down. The room was about 80 degrees and too warm to close the patio. Went to the lobby and asked for a new room. The guy had to wait for a manager. He was not friendly. Not rude, but personality less. The manager seemed unclear as to why the employee needed his permission to move me as I had just recently checked in.. got everything settled and a new room. Overall, just a strange experience with the front desk. There ended up being an air-conditioning unit in the second room. It was extremely noisy to run and primarily only cooled 1/2 of the unit but was way too hot to sleep without it. Even with it running, I woke up in a pool of sweat. As I was now moved to the first floor I did not feel comfortable leaving the door open while I slept. There was dust on the refrigerator and the patio had not been cleaned and what looked like months spiderwebs, and dead leaves, littered the chairs and ground. At the end of the day, it was a bed and a small kitchen to prepare some food. Not sure I would stay here again."

"One night stay for sports tournament so didn't get to explore much of the amenities, but clean hotel with large villas. There is a fee for parking was a bit of a bummer, but that's ok. No AC, which I missed when booking, thankfully it was cooler weather when we stayed and you can open windows."

"The room was comfortable and clean. Missing a few things. No dishwasher detergent and could have used a short step stool to retrieve dishes that were in a cupboard above the sink. I am a short person so this may not be an issue for someone taller. Since we visited during the off season we were expecting a little better deal. The room was reasonably priced but the additional charges from the Westin just about doubled the cost of the room. Knowing this we would plan accordingly for any future stays. Reed was very helpful and responsive to questions I had. And the location is terrific. "
