    The duplex consists of 3/4 bedrooms, ensuite, full bathroom and laundry with new appliances. Enjoy relaxing on the large balcony with a good book and a glass of wine.
    There is a generous living area upstairs, which also enjoys ocean and beach views. WiFi is also connected.

    Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, ensuite and balcony with views to Avoca Lake. Bedroom 2 downstairs contains a queen bed, enjoying ocean views. Additional sleeping
    arrangements consist of 1 x double bunk and a full sized single trundle bed, plus a queen size sofa bed.

    Please note, no children under 3 to stay at the property.

    Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as
    well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique

Easy to stay here with teens. Separate bedroom and bathroom with sitting room downstairs. Big upstairs family lounge room with open kitchen. Large deck. Big treat to see whales whilst seated on the lounge !

Lovely modern duplex in great location less than 5 mins walk to beach and shops. Stunning view. Clean and very well equipped. Nice layout with Kids downstairs and adults upstairs.
